We cut our fresh pork horumon (offal) our own way and grill it over charcoal with a house-made miso sauce - our pride and joy. The depth of domestic koji miso and its sweet-savory edge bring out the umami of every cut. We also serve plenty of small plates, including reimen cold noodles sent directly from Morioka and house-made motsu-ni offal stew, plus a generous drink list, all at wallet-friendly prices.
